Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by serving as a trusted advisor and consultant. Understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Build and lead a high-performing sales team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Performance Tracking and Optimization: Track key sales metrics and performance indicators to measure progress against goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

  • A passion for driving positive change through business.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving common goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
